Lofted Bedroom with Private Bath
Stay in the counselor's quarters on a Beautyrest Black mattress - one of the finest mattresses on the market! Your loft overlooks the living room and has sweeping views of the mountains from every window. The east windows have blackout curtains so you don't have to rise with the sun. The TV is a 4K 50-inch Google TV if you choose to watch something instead of enjoying your private screened-in porch. Your private bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower with hand shower, Toto toilet with bidet, separate water closet, and a walk-in closet.

This cozy queen-sized bedroom boasts an ultra-comfy, high-quality Beautyrest Black Hybrid mattress for a good night's sleep after all of your outdoor activities. Shut the blackout curtains if you're not one to wake with the bugle's sound. The TV is equipped with a Chromecast if you like to stay up watching scary movies. Your private bathroom features a Toto toilet, rainhead shower, artisan tile, and a vintage sink that was handmade right here in North Carolina.

This sunny queen-sized bedroom features a high-quality Serta iComfort Pro mattress to help you earn your good sleeper badge. Leave the curtains cracked if you'd like to rise with the sun or shut them for a pitch-black night of uninterrupted sleep. The TV has Google TV for late-night movie watching. Your private bathroom has a Toto toilet, bathtub, 48" vanity, and an additional doorway leading to the hall.

The tongue-in-groove walls and ceilings on the main floor reach for the clouds. Enjoy multi-layer long-range views of the Blue Ridge mountains and the town of Sylva. The living room features a vintage fireplace, surround sound speakers, enormous television equipped with a Roku, board games, additional seating, and a cool collection of vintage scout memorabilia. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with an additional 2 stools at the bar. You've never had camp meals like the ones you'll prepare in our kitchen that features a GE Cafe double oven induction range, panel-front dishwasher, quartz countertops, custom-painted cabinetry, and a Samsung bespoke refrigerator with a beverage center with pebble ice maker. And it's fully equipped with vintage dishes, every utensil and appliance you might need to whip up a feast. The main floor also has a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer so you can keep your scout uniform up to code.
Outdoor Areas
Breathtaking views and plenty to do!
Take in the gorgeous views from the hot tub, porch swing, patio furniture, or from the fire pit where you can tell scary stories while toasting marshmallows. Your pets will enjoy the landscaping, fenced-in yard, and safety gates on the top deck. Hamburgers, hot dogs, river trout and chicken will all taste better when cooked over the open flame of the propane gas grill.
